The link above will take you to an open letter written by my parents to the Headmaster of Confucian Private Secondary School.  I personally handed the letter to Mr. Phoon on July 18, 2011.  Today is April 18, 2012, exactly 9 months from the date he received the letter.  My parents are still waiting for his reply.
